They said they would be here between 9-12 and would call before they came. Call came at 8 45 here at 9 finished at 10 30. I have the rest of the day off......

They were 20 percent less than the next bidder and half the high bidder. No job goes perfect and these guys showed what a company should do when that happens. The heater unit that came directly from the supplier looked like it had been dropped. Anyone else would have tried to install it. They didn't bs me and said they were going to have to put the install off one day and get a new unit. I was there to confirm the unit was on site being sent back. I sent an email to them via Angieslist and received a call from Stan within 2 hours. He was not able to come see the problem that day but called me back and let me know. Had an appointment between 1-4pm the next day. Jim came by 2:30 pm, determined that it was a clogged main drain and called his office to send another plumber to bring the equipment for that . After discussing available appointment times I chose someone to come out on Sat and was told that someone would be onsite between the hours of12pm-4pm EST. <br /> <br /> At 4:30pm I gave up waiting around and the plummer was a No show, No call... What a waste of time

From the first phone call I could tell Goodman would be responsive. They were, with the exception that my wife had to call to confirm they were still coming. I called Goodman Sunday night, after I shut off my water main and could not get water to turn back on. They reassured me they didn't need to come out that night (and have me pay a large premium for Sunday after hours time) - and that my boiler wouldn't require make-up water just overnight. Leak in either laundry room or kitchen. called goodmans on a friday night. since water stopped leaking goodmans advised to wait until morning to save the emergency fee of $125. They came out the next morning and found that the kitchen faucet was leaking into the bottom of the cabinet and onto the floor flowing into the laundry room and kitchen. Tubs were full, no drainage at all from wash I did at night.The next morning I made a few phone calls. Goodman plumbing answered the phone and gave me an estimated time of when someone could be there. Within a few hours, someone came, cleared the drains. They also noticed that the trap underneath was rusted and would have cracked very soon. The man saved the rusted piece to show that it was falling apart with a touch of my finger. This prevented what could have been a flooded basement
