Wonderfull work done by Goodman Plumbing!! Stan & Jessie arrived on time & explained the process of what they had to do!! They answered my questions to my satisfaction!! They had to remove the toilet in the bathroom & then remove the cast iron pipe that extended down thru the kitchen ceiling & stored behind a kitchen cabinet! They cut out the iron cast pipe & replaced it with a new PVC toilet flange!! Replaced with a 50 gal. Bradford white, did a very professional job. We're they cheap, I don't know because I did not shop them. I had them do the job because they had a VG BBB rating.

I contacted this company to get an estimate for a kitchen and half bath remodel. These services are specifically listed on the provider's service section on AL. I scheduled an appointment for the estimate, someone showed up at the specified time, and we spent about 30-45 minutes talking about the scope of work. He said he would prepare an estimate and get it to me soon. A few days later I received an email saying they don't do this kind of work. I called today on a Sunday and asked for a non-emergency appointment for tomorrow if possible. After a call back we schedule for tomorrow morning but I got a call from the weekend guy and he was available immediately. Both guys came and were professional and polite etc. A common job for these guys so there was little to do but get to it and they did. They didn't care that I was there- not hovering but looking - I like to see what's going on without getting in the way and they were nice about that. I know it bothers some tech... read more

The job is incomplete. I will be calling and asking to speak with the owner. I spoke to Robert Goodman who apologized and said it often took a good bit of time to find a replacement. I explained that I was under the impression that it would only take a few days and that no one had bothered to call and tell me they were still looking.Mr. Goodman said he would personally follow up and get back to me. I tried to get 4 estimates. Weideman never called back, Vesey came, but they never called with an estimate. we played phone tag, but they didn't bother. Best Handyman I offered them a job that I didn't mention to others, but they never called with an estimate. I tried calling all of them but only goodman was willing to come out.
