I have had success using them in the past, but this time they cancelled the appointment and didn't give me any advance notice. It will be very difficult to find another plumber to do the work this week being the week of Christmas.

Upon arriving onsite to install a pressure regulator that I already purchased, the plumber gave me a quote which he honored. However, I was under the impression that this involved several hours of work. He spent less than 30 minutes with a helper and performed a good job, but the overall price hit the outrageous scale (The equivalent of $550/hour, more than high-powered corporate attorneys). <br />

came into the house look over the problem and recommended the right repair and replacement parts when went out out and had to dig up my lawn to replace the pipe. After that I was how long it would take to dig my lawn and when I could my water again. <br /> Put in new a new toilet after the pipe was fixed at the price quoted with Angie discount. <br />

I called Thursday evening and bright and early on Friday morning the guys were here to give an estimate. They returned 2 hours later to replace the water heater <br />

Was told they don't service King of Prussia. AngiesList returned them in a search for this area, and they have reviews in Conshohocken, Wayne, and what looks like KoP. Low ranking because their service area should be clear, or the search shouldn't match. <br />

Met with me, committed to a time frame to get m e a quote, told me he would be able to complete the job within the 4 week deadline. Never heard back. I followed up with him an additional 2 times asking for the quote. Quote never came despite numerous attempts to contact them.. Why bother wasting his time and mine if you aren't going to respond. <br /> This was a full bathroom remodel, so I don't understand the lack of responsiveness and interest. <br />

After Goodman's clog specialist plumber failed to unclog our washer drain (3/4" diameter), he gave us receipt for our $50 after he accepted the coupon from their site on Angie's. He said their Master Plumber would estimate the replacement job. Their Master Plumber Jim E. quickly concluded that there was a wrong size drainage pipe that the washer directly emptied into. Found out on Friday night our water heater was leaking. They called me back within five minutesafter leaving a message. Came out Saturday morning to fix it in the time frame they gave me. Took them about an hour and a half. They explained what was going on and showed me how to turn it off in the future if there was a problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Very pleased with their service. <br />

They only charged for the first day's work, never did anything that was uneeded. In fact a plumber told once before that I needed my shower faucets replaced, but Gooman's told me they were fine. I would recomend them to anyone.
