They came when they said they would and the work was satisfactory. It was a code violation and I didn't have any more calls yet from the city. I had one notice that was sent to the right after they finished, so I gave them a call and they said they would take care of it and I haven't heard any more from them.
The trench was left with dirt ontop, but they dug too much dirt and they just left it from the front driveway to the sidewalk.I called them today and the job was done 2 and half months ago, and they said they don’t take dirt away. They did not even rack it or make it look better. I called the home office and maybe they will work something out with me regarding this. We had a ceiling leak. First estimate was $2700 from ______rooter. They said all the waste pipes were shot. Goodman came and it was only a faucet in the bathtub. $575 only..... <br />
Frozen water was in my outside faucet, however, since my pipe didn't expand, the plumber said let the ice melt on its own. This is a honest company. As soon as the weather breaks I have a few plumbing jobs that need to be done. <br />
Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. They called ahead as I requested so that I had time to leave work and meet them at my house. Mike accessed the main drain from the sidewalk and cleaned both ways using a machine. <br />
I detected a small gas leak in the line to my stove. Upon investigation (with soapy solution), I found that I had not one, but 7 small leaks in the gas lines that supply the appliances in our home. They cleaned the 4" sewer line from outside and from the inside toilet closest to the exit. It was this first floor toilet where waste flooded <br /> the floor. <br />
Requested an estimate for some plumbing work in the house and no one ever contacted us. <br /> Very disappointed <br />
