It went beautifully -- they diagnosed the actual problem and also said that the incorrect cap on the stack was no big deal--not correct, but not an issue. They spend nearly a half hour here--and charged me $0.00 -- I couldn't believe it. My husband loves his "flushable" wipes. Our pipes do not. When we originally called late in the afternoon the day after New Years for help with our clogged pipes, we were told there were no people available until tomorrow. An hour or so later, Matt called and said he could come today instead of tomorrow. When he got here, he snaked our drain and hit a clog. He worked on it for about an hour until it was cleared. <p>They came, checked the problem told me the results and the price, did the job.They were suppose to fix the pressure problems I was having but changing the faucet didn't accomplish that. I was given different solutions, I opted to wait until the holiday was over before having more work done. Meanwhile I tried one or two things that were suggested and I have full pressure back. </p> <p>I would absolutely use this company again. </p> <br />

I called Goodman Plumbing in the morning and George and Jason were at my house that afternoon. They replaced my kitchen faucet that had been leaking and my master bathroom faucet that had been leaking after giving me a quote. I also asked them to take alook at my downstairs bathroom toilet that had been running. Georgemade an adjustmen to the lever and fixed it at no charge. George also gave me a discount from the Angie's List coupon without my asking for it.George said I will need a new garbage disposal in about six months ... read more

I had a clogged 2nd floor bathroom sink drain. I also needed someone to pinpoint the source of a leak into my living room ceiling from the bathroom. They responded very quickly and arrived on time. <br /> My issues started when Maurizio walked in the door. Before even going upstairs, he looked at my ceiling and said, "I know these houses. I was satisfied with the first half of job. After they got the first line in, it was found that from the work they just did, the line coming from the kitchen had come apart. Somehow they separated the existing line. So now, over the phone I was quoted a price (same amount of the original job) doubling the job price. They suggested a public adjuster to work with, of course I wasn't happy with that experience either.
