Michael came out to give me an estimate on a household plumbing renovation job. He showed up on time and was courteous enough. Then I never heard back from him. I called to ask for the estimate, they told me they would send it to me before EOD the next day. Then I never received anything and they never called me back. Finally a week later I called and they promised me a phone call back. When they finally called me back I was told they didn't have the man power to do the job.

We found water in our basement one morning and saw that it was dripping from a drain pipe. Weplaced a bucket under the pipe to catch the dripping and then calledGoodman, who we had usedbefore and were satisfied with their service. Contacted other plumber and they did not know when they could get a plumber to our house. Said they would call back. After 1 hour I tried another plumber. <br /> Contacted Goodman and the person who answered said she would call right back with an estimate when plumber would be available. Called within 5 minutes and said a plumber would be to our house within an hour. 30 minutes later the plumber contacted me and said he just finished last job and would be at our house in 30 minutes, which he was. Sewage water was backing up from a floor drain in my basement. Technicians (Jim and Jim) arrived when scheduled and called when they were nearby. Quickly assessed the problem and snaked the clog from the main drain outside of the house. <br /> Drain was cleared within minutes and tech explained cause of problem and gave recommendations to prevent the problem fro re-occurring. <br /> Angie's List coupon discounted price by $25.00. <br /> <br /> <br />

I called on a Friday and the receptionist let me know that they were swamped due to the cold weather and plumbing issues. She said they could perhaps come out Saturday (next day) but given I was on a waiting list it may push to Sunday. I got a phone call the next day at 11:30am and they were over in 10 minutes. They diagnosed that the cause of the leak was from an HVAC issue. I have to call an HVAC company to resolve the leak. They were here for about 2 hours and charged me $125. <br />

I called up Goodman Plumbing to see if they could handle an emergency pipe burst in the same day. They told me that they could and the a service technician would call before they arrive. The technician (Sean) called me within an hour of my initial call and said they he would be over in the next 15 minutes. He arrived on time, went into my crawl space, and fixed the problem. My water was back and up in running within an hour. <br />

<p>I called yesterday because my basement drain had flooded again this happens to me about every two years ( big tree and roots). The technician arrived on time and got the roots out and a bottle( that's what happens when you have no drain lid). He then offered to install a drain lid, so no more bottles :-) The whole thing took about 15 minutes. I will definitely be calling Goodman Plumbing when my tree roots turn on me again in two years. </p> <br />
