I called several contractors when I discovered a flood in my basement from my air conditioner. During the heat wave, 4 contractors either did not return my call or said I would have to wait a week. With Green, they answered the phone ON SUNDAY and set me up for the next day. The window was basically all day but I didn't care because they were coming the next day in the middle of a heat wave.
