They were great, identified the issue and a potential replacement of the whole unit became a $300 repair. Also our heater was acting up in the winter, the repairman looked at it for us and pointed out the cracked heat exchangers, which means the 20-year old unit will need replacing. Green will be on our short list for that work. Repaired our central AC which was causing lights to flicker and then stopped running all together. Previous contractor was unable to diagnose.

Previous home had heat pump and when checking air, spent more time on inside unit. They didn't but not sure with just an air. They said the air conditioner was old but working well. They told me what kind of filter I needed. Helpful there. Checked the outdoor unit, removed filter from inside unit

The service went quite well in terms of the over all tune-up services that was purchased with the coupon via Angie's list. What we love about the service was there was no pressure sales, very professional in terms of explaining what is to be done and also the upfront total cost. I suggest that all customer regards of who they use for HVAC services do a little bit of homework. I called the company and asked them to come see why my compressor wasn't turning on. The man came out as scheduled the next day (I was given time window of 12-3). The gentleman looked at the compressor outside and determined my compressor was "dead" and needed to be fully replaced. He drew up an estimate. .

Wanted an estimate for a new heater and A/C. They came over. Told them what I was looking for. Never heard from them again. Called 5 HVAC contrators on Angies List. All showed up to look at my HVAC but only 1 gave me an estimate. Choose a contractor from the back of my local newspaper. He talked to me. Gave me a better price then the 1 contractor who gave me an estimate from Angies List. And told me about rebates from the manufacturer and electric compaqny. clean furnace. The contractor sent someone to clean my furnace. the servicemen informed me that he thought my furnace was unsafe and that he thought i should buy a new furnace. i had someone else to loo at the furnace. they new contractor said that the furnace was fine and i did not have a problem with the furnace all winter

They no-call/no-showed. Disappointing considering I had to wait a week for this appointment and take off from work. Now I need to find someone else and wait another week at least. Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and price a new AC unit.
