First inductor motor went, they were able to give estimate and get part to fix the next day. Two months later the main blower went and they diagnosed and replaces it the following day. Replaced blower motors in hvac unit.

I called Green Electric first and a gentleman gave me a quote of ~$59 for visitng. He was polite and I told him I will get back to him. After checking with a few more companies, I gave them a call again. A lady answered the phone and I told her thay I would like to schedule an appointment. I also asked her if the cost of ~$59 would be for checking both the PTAC's or just one. She said that sje would get someone to call me. Again she was polite. They recommended I did not use this service due to the rust on my furnace. I purchased the Big Deal, "$59 Furnace Inspection, Tune-Up, and Cleaning."

replaced igniter in home heating system,(no heat) where there within 2 hours of calling them for emergancy repair on a very cold, snowy day.Even had to go to supply house to get a part in some very bad weather! Heater was up and running quickly......

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Green heating air and cooling came out to my house to fix a heating issue.... The technician told me there was a problem with my electric board of my heater was broken. However, the technician, from another company, just came to my and found that a prong simply fell out. What was worse was when I asked him his company's price for parts and labor he refused to beak it down for me. Technician came out to diagnosis the furnace. I was told the Gas control valve was bad and was given a rough estimate of $500-$600 to replace the gas control valve and get the furnace back running. I was able to purchase the part online for $120 and installed it myself. After the installation, the furnace would still not light the pilot. I called another vendor who came out and cleaned my burners and like Magic the furnace started up. I purchased this deal through Angie's List and was told that through Rapid Connect, the company would contact me within 48 hours. I received an email 24 hours later claiming that they had tried to contact me, however were unable to. I never received any calls. When I contacted them on 11/07, they told me that I was outside of their service area and they had no idea how I was able to order this service from them in the first place. Seven days after service, unit failed to start.Requested follow up from Green to ensure that problem was not a result of cleaning/inspection.Green returned next day anddiagnosed control board as the problem. Since I have a warranty contract on the furnace, I could not useGreento replace the control board. Home warranty contractor replaced control board and the heat is back on! Cleaned and inspected furnace.
