On Thursday, I called them, only to find out that they only offered the services from 8-4 on weekdays. Since I cannot take time off work to stay home and wait for them, I am unable to use the deal. I called them this morning saying I hadn't heard from them (same 856 number as I had used to schedule). The guy said they were too far down in Jersey to service our area and I must have called a different number. That's impossible because their other 3 numbers are all in Philly. So he gave me the 800 number, which just goes to voicemail. Basically, disorganized, no-show and no customer service. I don't know how they are so highly rated on Angie's List. I purchased this service through an Angie's Big Deal online which cost $59.00. They called me within 2 days to schedule the service. Although I would have preferred to make an appointment for a specific time, they did arrive between the scheduled 2 hour window which was between 8 and 10.He checked the outside unit first and then checked the unit inside the house. It was a few of the hottest days of the summer when my A/C decided to stop working. I purchased the deal Tuesday morning 7/8/14 and was hoping that someone could come out ASAP to take a look at the current situation. Communication went very smoothly at first.
