Not well. Purchased the deal on a Monday. Was supposed to received communication from the Vendor by Wednesday (48 hours). Nothing. On Thursday, I called them, only to find out that they only offered the services from 8-4 on weekdays. Since I cannot take time off work to stay home and wait for them, I am unable to use the deal. Please send a refund. .

There is no feed back. I paid for a service I never used. No appointment was ever scheduled with the service provider

I bought a deal for $59 for a central A/C inspection, cleaning, and tune-up. They also installed a new HVAC unit for me.

I called them this morning saying I hadn't heard from them (same 856 number as I had used to schedule). The guy said they were too far down in Jersey to service our area and I must have called a different number. That's impossible because their other 3 numbers are all in Philly. So he gave me the 800 number, which just goes to voicemail. Basically, disorganized, no-show and no customer service. I don't know how they are so highly rated on Angie's List. They keep finding problems each time they come back, and I feel like they should have told me these things needed fixed up front. They're very pleasant people, but I don't want to spend anymore money. I bought a Big Deal for A/C service.

It went well. They were very respectful. They didn't do any work. I talked to them, and they told me that the deal did not cover what I needed done.

I purchased this service through an Angie's Big Deal online which cost $59.00. They called me within 2 days to schedule the service. Although I would have preferred to make an appointment for a specific time, they did arrive between the scheduled 2 hour window which was between 8 and 10.He checked the outside unit first and then checked the unit inside the house. It was a few of the hottest days of the summer when my A/C decided to stop working. I purchased the deal Tuesday morning 7/8/14 and was hoping that someone could come out ASAP to take a look at the current situation. Communication went very smoothly at first.
