The whole process went very well; and, when finished, the areas involved were cleaned up. There was one item that I didn't appreciate. I wasn't asked if it would be ok to slap stickers on my property. When he was all done, he slapped his company sticker on the outside of the furnace...because he did work on it; however, he did no work on the electric box and now that has an unremovable sticker on it too. He came and honored the discounted price and did the furnace tune-up. We knew we were having a problem with the thermostat... read more

The next day he sent his crew to correct the problem with the outlet by drilling a hole through the floor and connecting the outlet to a power source in the basement; installed a electrical timer which controls when my front door light will come on and off; and replaced a light switch. Assessed my electrical problem (an outlet never worked since I bought the house).

Got deal online, provider sent appointment form with 3 choices of dates and times, after 3 days no response, we received 2 emails saying to call to schedule appointment. Wife scheduled appointment for today 8-10am, I took off work to be home, 10am came and went called Greens, they said had no record of appointment. Don't have the time to play hit and miss with them. I purchased a Big Deal from Green Electric Heating & Cooling Corp.

I got Angie's special for repairing heating problem (no heating). After inspecting gas heating, we were told a defective part (talking about valve) cost us $680. Somehow with my instinct, I felt the charge is excessive. I contacted another company through Angie's (again $29 deal) for second opinion.|This new company just cleaned and fixed the problem without any parts for $160. I used GREEN ELECTRIC HEATING AND COOLING CORP.

Called provider set up a time between 12:00- 3:00PM on Wednesday November 13, 2013 for furnace inspection, tune up & cleaning. Provider said it wouldn't cover repairs. We mutually agreed to cancel appointment. I purchased a Big Deal from Green Electric Heating & Cooling Corp.

It seemed to be a very thorough inspection but, before it was all over, he had suggested that first I spend $250 to 300 for freon, then suggested that I would need to spend another $300 to have a leak check done on the entire system since it was clear that the system was leaking freon somewhere. Then he said that in all probability I would need a new AC unit that would cost $2500 and since the heater was older than the AC unit, it would be best if I replaced the heater with the AC unit and this would all cost $5000. He then ... read more

Green Electric was wonderful and I have no complaints with them. Unfortunately, my current oil heater is too tall and can not support the necessary venting that would need to be installed. I would have to buy a new oil heater and do not want to do that at this time. Thus, I want a full refund, please.

Although there electrical panel was on the inside wall and there were junction boxes in the ceiling next to the wall, the provider indicated there may be additional charges if there was not a outlet on the inside wall
