They came out to do an inspection of my furnace. The guys was on time after they originally did not show and did not call to tell me they werent coming after calling and stating that they were running late and would call if they could not make it out. I called back and setup the second appt. The gentleman came out looked over my furnace gave me really good insight. He said he would send me an invoice quote of what work was needed, he did not. They replaced a $30 igniter and that took less than 45 minutes to install. | |Everyone from the company was professional and friendly. I just wish the labor prices were better.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They did what theysaid they would do, but they saidI needed a new heater because they could not fix the existing one.They werealsosupposed todo a tune up and cleaning, but did not because they said I needed a new furnace so I feel like I spent $59 for no reason. I guess it was not their fault that they could not tune it up, but I feel like they should have given my $59back. This work was done at a family member house for me. First I will like to say that I had to call because they did not show upor call to say thatthey would be late (eight am was the schedule time ) my husband took off from work that morning and was waiting at the place that the work had to be done for twenty minutes before he called me to find out what the problem was with the company. I purchased an HVAC inspection from them but was never contacted about performing the service. It has been three weeks now with no word. I have too much else going on to track them down to do what they have already been paid for. Perhaps my purchase just got lost in the cracks, I don't know.
