Kitchen sink: unscrewed the faucet head and simply tapped on its end to take out the little obstacles. Sewer line backed up when we ran the washing machine, causing a leak in the basement. Called at 11.30 Saturday morning, got through immediately and they were here by 2pm to snake the sewer line. Done in 30 minutes, no hassle, no fuss, very professional. <br />

A word of caution - this business does not install hot water heaters in any building higher than 4 stories. Those of us in a 6-floor building are out of luck. Too bad given their good reviews. <br />

We had gas smell in the basement and called our gas company (PGW) who found multiple leaks and turned off our gas and keyed the gas meter. <br /> We had our usual HVAC people come out to fix the problems, but they messed up and it was still leaking. <br /> Goodman Plumbing were there on the next day, did everything really professionally and fixed all leaks. Thank goodness for Shawn and Reese. I called Goodman on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm (when some people might not have even answered their phones) and they came out the next day at 10 am. They saved me from buying a house that had been negligently waterproofed with a french drain that had been improperly installed. If it weren't for their sharp eye in diagnosing the source of the leak and honest recommendation in telling me to save my money and look elsewhere, I would have been sunk. Cannot recommend enough.

I called Goodman Plumbing because of an infestation of drain flies. It was the second time I used them. They came out and scoped my line and determined the drainpipe in the kitchen was broken. Unfortunately, I had a second broken pipe in the laundry room. It took 3 1/2 days to complete the work. The floors had to be dug up due to the house being on a concrete slab. I would never use them again. We use to use them all the time but now we had a problem and they didn't call us back if and when they had the part. So we ended up not going with them and went with Roto Rooter.

The provider was late. They took all the parts that were taken off my unit when I said we wanted it and not to take it. They have still not given us our guarantee information. They had issues getting the top off the well and I asked if they used liquid wrench. They replied with "No we urinated on it" They were very rude and were disrespectful when I asked to pay the next day due to the service being completed so late. I will not use them in the future.
