I think they inflate their prices, to make up for the price of the deal. I purchased a Big Deal for $29 for a Heating, Cooling, or Electrical Service Call AND Half Hour Diagnostic!

He went over everything, even the source gas line for the heating which is under the house and goes up through the wall to the attic., and took a shop vac up in the attic to clean out the system. He made some suggestions, since the tubing is not the grade that should have been used when the system was installed. He was not pushy just informative. Gerti came and replaced my thermostat as part of a deal for $99. He called to let me know he was coming, arrived on time, was super professional and efficient, and even was kind about my dog, who barked and generally harrased him the entire time! He carefully explained how to operate the thermostat, and offered again before he left to show me once more. He bled the radiators, and took care to be clean and to replace all as it was. I am very happy with the work. Replacement thermostat/bleed radiators

We had an old system that was here for years when the house was built (85') before we bought the house. The technician was very knowledgeable and was not "pushy" to make a sale. I'm sure it was very obvious as first time home- owners we didn't know what we getting into. I didn't feel like I was being scammed as I did when we first began to encounter problems with the unit and used a different company. I was having a problem with my central air conditioning so I search on yellow book and contact Green Heating and Cooling. I contact them and I was very pleased by the quality of their service. The crew came right away and diagnosed that circuit control board was burned out. They were well prepared with the parts necessary to fix the problem on their truck and after a couple hours I had the ac working normally and more efficiently because they also cleaned the condenser and theevaporatorcoil. We received multiple estimates for central air systems in our new home. Gerti came to the house and was very detailed in his estimate. He was upfront and addressed all of our concerns. He even returned to our home to speak with us in person when we had additional questions. He included a very good warranty, all parts and labor in the estimate. They were easy to work with, responsive and efficient. We are very satisfied with the work. Whenever we call with a question or a need, they answer quickly and schedule appointments that are convenient and timely. The service person performed things professionally and promptly. I didn't give them an excellent for responsiveness only because I did not receive an estimate for another modification I wanted to consider. I'm sure all I have to do is make a quick phone call to get estimate. They performed a yearly check on AC. I was having trouble with leaking condensation due to drain pipe being clogged plus the pipe was not properly installed to drain by previous owner.

Paid $90. housecall fee - diagnosed problem would cost additional $ 380.00 to repair. I refused the work and had someone else do the work for $75.00 central a/c not working
