I wasn't home for it. My wife was. The 1st 2 paragraphs are her feedback. They were supposed to come on a Monday. An hour before they were supposed to come, they had to postpone and said they couldn't come until Friday. They were then supposed to come Friday between 4-6, and didn't show up until 7:30. It turned out fine. They were punctual and they did their job. This was an Angie's List Big Deal. This was just a check to see if my heating was running well.

They showed up late, they got the job done but they are very confrontational and argumentative about their tardiness. They missed two appointments. They installed a water pump.
Technician came over as scheduled. Wanted to check condenser unit which is located on the roof. They do not carry 40 ft ladder and was unable to complete the job. Gave me story that no HVAC carry 40 FT ladder. That is untrue as I have other company who carried it. Certainly will avoid as there are limitations. I have a triplex multifamily building. My second floor apartment HVAC is not working. Purchase their diagnostic service call.
I wasted my time purchasing a deal with them. They said I was out of their service area and blamed it on Angie's List. I didn't find them very professional. Out of service area

It was difficult scheduling and working with this company. The owner is argumentative and unprofessional. Condensation pump and duct work.
Back in April of this year, I purchased the $59 Central A/C inspection, cleaning & tune-up offer. The technician took less that approximately 30 minutes to perform the job. I have no idea what was done to my unit, but since the inspection my home gets nowhere near as cold as it use to before the inspection/tune-up. I contacted Green Heating Cooling & Electric. They told me that for another $60 they would come back out and inspect the unit. Really? So I am to pay another $60, which I know isn't much, to "find" something that ... read more
