I paid Angie's list for service with this company and they informed me they do not cover my area. They told me to ask Angie's list for my money back. I choose to cancel my Angie's list subscription instead.

There was a whole bunch of stuff he was supposed to do. It seemed to me like he didn't do much of anything. He just checked the temperature and went downstairs. I'm not sure what he did. He spent a lot of time in his car. He said everything was okay. I thought it was a waste of money. It didn't seem like much of anything. It was a fair price. I think it's my house more than anything else because I need to get a new air conditioning inside this house, it's just a very small one that they put in, that the builder put in. I kind of feel I got the bang for my buck on that one. There's nothing that he really did, he just looked at the stuff and he didn't do anything, he didn't fix anything he just looked at it and said it was okay. He said I need a bigger unit and went off his marry way.
Heat began working again before the service appointment. I explained to the technician what had been going wrong and he told me it was likely the ignitor, but to wait until it broke again to possibly fix it and to call him when it stopped working. I got a second opinion from another provider who told me the system wasn't venting properly, which is what was causing it to kick off (for safety reasons). We explain to you prior to set the appointment, if the heater is working at the time we are in the house there is no way to find out what the problem could have been. Also we recommended you to get the $ 59.00 heating tune up, inspection and cleaning to check the entire system and find out more but you decided to get the diagnostic charge which limited the option on the service call. It was fine. They did a good job. There was a mix-up on their end. They were supposed to come and they didn't. Either they called me to reschedule or they didn't come and I called them. I believe it was more that I called them because they didn't show up. There was no additional cost. I have two heaters and he inspected just one. He said, "These are relatively new furnaces and they don't need a yearly servicing. After you've had them for five years, maybe, you should then consider getting them serviced."
