Two days after they left the temperature dropped and my heater did not work, I had no heat. I called Nelson Heating & Plumbing who installed my heater 12/24/2013 and they came out. Nelson said my heater did not have filters so there was nothing to clean so I basically paid them to fill my radiators. Unknown to me, Green Heating & Cooling had turned off my heater when they left and that was the only thing wrong with it. There is no "filter cleaning" in our description of the work because we do not stock any size filters in our service trucks and for sure the boiler does not have filters. They came out and diagnosed the issue, which was great. They were supposed to give me an estimate to fix it and they never sent the estimate. The guy was nice and seemed to know what he was talking about but he never actually sent the estimate. I had them come out once before and they were a lot better. I purchased a big deal from them. It was $29 for a service call.
Heater clean and adjust.I made all contact. No contact after job complete. Don't really know what was done. I feel like I wanted my money.
I was informed after waiting weeks by someone from Green Heating and Cooling that they did not service Oil Heating Units. Professionally the company should express in their offers what Heating Systems they are qualified to service, and please accept my comments not as a rebuke of the Company, but as a mere suggestion for improving customer relations. I had originally called Green Heating and Cooling just after purchasing the $59.00 service offer, and was informed that someone would contact me prior to their arrival.

I left three dates to for the service to be performed and my phone number and paid for it , and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO DO THIS SERVICE,. NOTHING
