I bought the $59 HVAC inspection because my AC was blowing warm air. The technician came out and said they could recharge the system for about $400 but not guarantee anything because the system was 30 years old....I kind of knew it was coming and was time to replace it. It was horrible. He tried to charge me for a new heater and I had a competent person come out later and tell me it was roughly fine. I purchased a Big Deal for $59 for a furnace inspection, tune up and cleaning.

Green performed a furnace inspection and tuneup. Arrived promptly and service was performed accurately. The technician showed me some things to watch out for in the heat exchanger. He left 'may be under warranty from Green..' stickers on our water heaters, which I thought was a little tacky, but no big deal--just wish he would have asked. Green performed a furnace inspection and tuneup.

I purchased an offer From Green through Angie's List for HVAC and electrical consultation/repair. I was promptly contacted to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment the service window came and passed with no sign of Green. I called to see what the issue was and was informed that the service tech had been injured on an earlier job. My heater would not go on for large parts of each day, trying but not catching; but sometimes it would kick in and work. When it had been off for a full day, I called Green and they came out very promptly the same day. When Eriol arrived, the heater WAS working. He said it could be any number of things, most likely a defective gas valve, a very expensive item to replace, but there was no way to find out just what the problem was as long a the heater was working. They response pretty well but the service was not that good because they were wrong for what they came out to fix so we went to another provider. They were suppose to clean the air conditioner but they actually did not clean the air conditioner. It was for a check up and a tune up.
