After looking at the loose connection, I was told it would be an $85 service fee for them to tighten it. He was unable to get the faucet off in the master bathroom and was not able to "figure out" why there was no hot water. I called another plumber who fixed the leaky connection in 5 minutes and diagnosed and fixed the faucet after finding that the original contractor accidentally connected a cold water hookup to the hot water in the sink. Above expectations. They first came out on a Sunday afternoon within an hour of me calling; permits to drill into the sidewalk were pulled by Monday and the sewer line was replaced on Tuesday. The workers were professional; they put down protective covers inside to reduce mess on our carpet.

They stand behind their work majority of the time that I use them they do a lot of work in here for the price under the bath tub and downstairs they replace some drain pipes their work I never had to call them back I got a water heater from them I mean they are expensive I wont say they are cheap but they do good work. Bless your heart Goodman Plumbing for the way you handled my nightmare drain problem. It started with a backed up stationary tub in my laundry room. My home is on a slab with no easy access to a basement or crawlspace. I called another major company to snake the drain for a guaranteed price. He spent 2 hours pulling out dirt and sand. The Goodman company never called us back when we called them to come out and examine the job. we were surprised that they never called us. i dont remember the exact date i placed the call, but it was somewhere in late May or early June. oh well.

They had to locate the pipe first which they could not find at first. They dug up eight cement blocks in front of my house. The pipe was not in the cement instead it was in my grass in which they had dug up my grass and I had to replace the hole myself. Although they solved the problem the finished product was not acceptable.

I sent an appointment request through Angie's List website on a Sunday afternoon. Received a reply in 2 hours. Plumber arrived at 9:15 am the next morning. Plumber removed the toilet from one of the bathrooms and snaked it, clearing the blockage. He cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom as it was. <br />

I contacted them through the app the night before - they responded first thing in the morning and had two people out to do the repair by 11:30 that day. They were able to get the sink unclogged and the disposal working again. <br /> They did recommend that I replace the disposal but didn't have one with them or the ability to give me a price or schedule the repair.
