I purchased a heating system.
actually i have no idea what happened to make the switches stop working or the outlets to stop working. i will have to ask, to make sure it doesn't happen again. it took the first day with the $29 certificate for the diagnostic, and then we had to schedule an additional day for 2 guys to come back and fix it. They had set a date and time to come out on 6/9 between 3-5 pm. I took off work to meet them and they did not show up. I contacted them and they thought it was this Wednesday that they were supposed to show up. I would like a refund.

. Recharged r22 Freon into 3.5 ton York central air conditioner for $369 dollars. R22 on Ebay is about $12 per pound, my system factory filled 5lbs 4oz. What a ripoff.

I purchased a "big deal" for a heater service in November 2014, but never had a chance to redeem it until May 2015, which according to my receipt I have 6 months to use my big deal. When I called to schedule my heater inspection I was asked, "why did I wait so long" to schedule my heater inspection. The person who said their name was John went on to say that I would have to, "wait a while" to have my heater inspected because they're not working heaters right now, only A/C systems.
